There is a lot of talk about financial freedom these days and how to make money online. Experience has shown that a number of persons get swindled of their hard-earned money out of their bid to scale up their revenue as fast as they can. Therefore, it is only logical to be wary of get-rich-quick schemes and anything that appears like a scam.
It’s not shocking that professional Affiliate Marketer, John Crestani has had to answer questions on the genuineness of his business. We engaged John Crestani on his labelling experiences and also asked him about his new book which can as well be your secret to making money while you sleep.
When people hear the name John Crestani, what should they think of?
When people hear my name, they should think of an online entrepreneur who majors in affiliate marketing. Simply put, what I do is to help companies reach more people online.
Over the years, I have grown my business into a multi-dollar one and I am always eager to share the strategies I used. I have been featured on Forbes, The Entrepreneur and CBS amongst others.
How did you get into affiliate marketing?
Before I began as an internet marketer back in 2011, I was a soon-to-be college dropout who wasted hours on video games and had no direction in life. I had a short stint at a Los Angeles marketing agency before starting on my own.
As I speak now, affiliate marketing has allowed me to scale up my revenue and live life on my terms.
How do you convince people to get into affiliate marketing?
Well, I do not tell them to get into affiliate marketing, I show them why they should not deprive themselves of any opportunity to benefit from the digital economy. On my Youtube channel, I constantly put up videos that demystify affiliate marketing.
Also, via my course on affiliate marketing which has trained loads of students over the years, I go into the nitty-gritty details of affiliate marketing.
Have you ever been termed a scam, John? How do you react when that happens?
Oh yes, I have been termed a scam more than one or two times.
To be honest, I understand the skepticism people have towards the whole idea of “making money online”. Sometimes, this skepticism is based on personal experiences of being scammed or knowledge from the experiences of others.
Rather than get defensive, what I do is to show people my steady growth in this business and try to make them see that this is not a get-rich-overnight scheme. You have to put in the work if you want to see tangible results.
Another thing that helps me keep my cool when termed a scam is that others speak well for me.
